Small but cozy, we offer five guest rooms. Each one has its own theme that reflects our love of arts and music. The roof terrace of the house, ‘La Mer’, is an open space where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Prachuab Bay from morning till nighttime.

There are five furnished rooms which we offer for short and long stay. Each room can accommodate two people. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom and AC. Wifi is availble.
ห้อง "สไมล์" (Smile)
ห้องนี้มีจุดเด่นที่สีชมพูสดใส ตกแต่งเรียบง่าย แต่ได้อารมณ์สนุกสนานและ รอยยิ้ม โดยการตกแต่งห้องนี้ มีธีมเพลง "สไมล์" ที่แต่งโดยเซอร์ ชาลี สเปนเซอร์ แชปลิน หรือที่ ชาลี แชปลิน ที่เรารู้จักกันดี เป็นแรงบัลดาลใจในการตกแต่ง
The classical song from 1930s ‘'Smile’', composed by Sir Charles Spencer Charlie Chaplin, has become our inspiration. The theme is simply encourage everyone to be happy and smile. This colorful room offers twin beds in fun and cheerful atmosphere.
ห้อง "กู๊ดมอร์นิ่ง" (Good Morning)
ห้องนี้เป็นห้องที่ตั้งอยู่ทางตะวันออกของตัวบ้าน และสามารถมองเห็นอ่าวประจวบได้ด้วย ภาพความงดงามในยามเช้า ขณะพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นเหนืออ่าวประจวบ จึงเป็นแรงบัลดาลใจในการตกแต่งห้องนี้ โดยชื่อของห้องตั้งตามเพลง "กู๊ด มอร์นิ่ง" ของวงเดอะบีทเทิล :-)
The beauty of sunrise over Prachuab Bay is an inspiration of this room. It reminds us one of The Beatle’s song ‘'Good Morning'’. From this room you can see the ocean or even enjoy the sound of sea waves. The room is equipped with a double bed.

Inspired by beautiful melody of the Hawaiian song “Pearly Shells”, this room gives you a relaxing atmosphere just like staying on peaceful seashore. The blue and white theme will remind you of a nice sea breeze, beautiful pearly shells and white ocean waves. The room is equipped with a double bed.

ห้องนี้มีแรงบัลดาลใจจากเพลง "แองเจิล ออฟ มิวสิค" หนึ่งในบทเพลงเพราะจาก "แฟนทอม ออฟ ดิ โอเปร่า" ที่หลายๆ คนชื่นชอบ โดยเพลงนี้เป็นเรื่องราวของหญิงสาวที่รักในการร้องเพลง
One of the famous theme songs from Phantom of the Opera, "Angel of Music", is an inspiration for this room. It is a story of Christine Daaé, a beautiful young girl who seeks for her courage to sing. The theme of this room reflects the love of music and the courage of Vasin-Rampa’s daughter, Namwan. She follows her dream in music and becomes a professional harpist.

ห้องนี้เป็นห้องที่เราได้ต่อเติมใหม่ โดยมีบทเพลง Clair De Lune ที่สื่อความหมายถึงความงดงามของแสงจันทร์ เป็นแรงบันดาลใจหลักในการตกแต่งห้องนี้
Spend a quiet night under the moonlight. Stroll along the beach together and imagine. Can you hear it? A sound of piano solo, so beautiful and peaceful. It is the classical song, Clair de Lune, by Claude Debussy.

เฮ้าส์73 เป็นบ้านพักอาศัยของคุณวศิน และคุณรำภา กำเหนิดรัตน์ ซึ่งแต่เดิมเคยเป็นอาคารไม้แบบเก่า และครอบครัวคุณรำภาพักอาศัยอยู่มาเป็นเวลากว่า 30 ปี
โครงการเฮ้าส์ 73 ได้รับการตกแต่ง ปรับปรุงใหม่เมื่อปลายปี 2552 โดยการออกแบบ และการตกแต่งห้องพักทั้งหมด เกิดจากแรงบันดาลใจ อารมณ์สนุกสนาน ความรักในศิลปะ และดนตรีของคุณวศินและคุณรำภา นอกจากนี้ ทั้งคู่ยังได้มีส่วนในการลงมือวาดภาพ ตกแต่งและทาสีห้องพักด้วยตัวเองอีกด้วย

Vasin and Rampa Kamnirdratana established HOUSE73 project in late 2009. Before the time, Rampa's family had been living at this property for over 30 years. The old house has been renovated to a contemporary guesthouse which designed by their close friend Ponthep Dhanachot, professional architect.
Vasin and Rampa are more than happy to share their stories and inspiration with guests at HOUSE73.
